Built from the problem up.
Better Group began by building consumer AI photography. Scaling it surfaced a harder problem underneath — reliable, production-grade AI image infrastructure.
So we built it. That work became Runflow, the platform now powering our own products and external teams alike. Today the group spans applications and infrastructure, with Patricia extending the same discipline to AI agents.
